I am an assistant professor in finance teaching PGDM students for more than a year from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I had completed B.Com from Acharya Nagarjuna University and held with an MBA degree in Finance, HR and Business Analysis from OP Jindal Global University

I don't follow any particular method for teaching. Myy teaching method depends on students ability and willingness to learn. Mostly I go with giving practical experience by encouraging role plays, presentation, seminar, debates, group discussions, simulation etc. I believe more in using teaching aids than lecture method because it's more effective.
