I want to teach so that I can make a real difference in children's lives. I take the task of developing young people into kind, thoughtful and contributing adults very seriously. I only hope that I can make a great positive impact on the mind and heart of my students.

My teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real world examples where possible. I start from topics the students are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. I use questions and examples to check understanding continually.
