About Isa
I started having a strong interest in ASL starting my 8th-grade year of school and took all four classes once I reached college. I still review what I learned during that time and in the near future I'm hoping to connect more with the deaf community and maybe even officially teach in an online school :) What sets me apart from other tutors is that I'm still learning and reviewing the language myself so you can rest assured that everything will still be mostly fresh in my mind :)

- We'll review the alphabet and some words ( 10 words each & alphabet review each session ).
- We’ll start our lessons with meeting 1-2 times a week on Tuesdays and/or Fridays. In our first ( or only ) lesson of the week I’ll teach you the words and we’ll run the alphabet twice, back and forth. In the second lesson of the week ( optional ) we’ll review words from the first lesson of the week together.
Soon to be including interactive (practice) videos for you to go back and practice in place of a live practice session (for an extra charge).
So soon there will also be an option to do live lessons, video lessons, and/or interactive videos! ( Due to time zones, different availabilities, etc )
- These tutoring sessions are good for anyone that just wants to try out ASL before taking college classes or wants to learn enough to be able to have (few) basic conversations with deaf people. This is good to just learn for fun as well!
