About Victoria
I am a retired Microbiologist with decades of experience in training new employees in both the laboratory and field sampling settings. I also have over ten years' experience in the call center industry as a client service, provider service and sales representative. I know the ins and outs of that industry very well and could help students preparing to enter that ever-growing business. I have learned that patience and perseverance are critical tools when teaching others. And so is a sense of humor! I am an avid gardener, painter and dog lover. Nothing would please me more than to help you with your English language goals!

I will focus on the student's specific needs. Be it for business, travel, or personal growth. My approach is simple - keep the students engaged by developing lessons that are relevant to them. Total English immersion is my goal. However, I know how frustrating that can be. That is why I seek Spanish speaking students, as I am a Spanish speaker (intermediate level). Our lesson time will be enjoyable and get positive results.
