a) Currently studying at Master of Education Extension (TESOL) at University of Wollongong, Australia. (Final semester)
b) Completed TESOL qualification (Masters’ in ELT)
c) Completed Cert—4 in TESOL
d) Completed Cert—4 in Training and Assessment

a) Currently working as an ELICOS trainer at Nortwest Education for 1 last one year (from May 2023 until now)

As a teacher, I have I emphasize personalized learning, adapting lessons to each student's needs. I use a range of techniques, including scaffolding to build on prior knowledge, Socratic questioning to foster critical thinking, and formative assessments to track progress. Making students engaged actively, I incorporate real-life examples, varied teaching aids, and differentiated instruction. My Lessons typically follow a structured format lasting 60-90 minutes. As I have been teaching English for almost 12 years (10 years in Bangladesh and 2 years in Sydney) I always prefer to provide clear, actionable feedback to guide improvement and encourage independent learning skills. Based on the students' need, I can provide all level of learning (Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced). I am also available to teach IELTS and PTE.
