About Aneliswa
Hello! I am Aneliswa, a final-year Psychology and English Language major at NMU, and a TEYL certified English tutor based in Gqeberha. I am passionate about teaching because I believe clear communication builds confidence. As a psychology student, I understand how different people learn, and I love helping learners find their voice in English.
Professionally, I work as a Part-time Admin Assistant at Selepe Group Holdings. I handle office admin, filing and document organising, correspondence, scheduling, assisting management with daily operations, and providing excellent customer service and front-office support. This has made me detail-oriented and patient.
I am reliable, encouraging, and I truly enjoy seeing my students grow!

I am a TEYL certified Psychology & English Language major (Final year at Nelson Mandela University) with a patient, psychology-based approach. I make English fun and easy to understand, especially for young learners.
My methodology combines TEYL techniques (games, songs, visuals, TPR etc.) for kids, and clear, structured support for teens and university students, focusing on grammar, reading, conversation, writing and APA editing.
I am proficient and teach in English. Also fluent in other SA Languages e.g., Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu, Sepedi and Swati.
A typical lesson: Quick warm-up, recap, main lesson with examples, then interactive practice and feedback. No pressure, lots of encouragement.
My lessons are aimed at young learners (4+), high school learners, and university learners who need help with English (Communication or written), academic writing, or assignments. Based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), I offer online and in-person lessons.
