I am from the Pacific Northwest, lucky enough to have been raised by traditional parents with high expectations for me. The most valuable asset on this earth is one another and I try to live my life with that perspective every day. I have a passion for social justice, music, dance, poetry and animals. If I weren't a teacher, I would be a chef or a detective.
