About Amirah
I've completed my Bachelor's and Master's in English Literature from Jamia Millia Islamia with Distinction. After course completion, I have volunteered at Jamia school for English classes and have also worked with United Health Group as their Content Affiliate. A collective experience in teaching as well creative writing has seasoned me well and this could very well be utilized by my students as an asset in their teacher.

My teaching method is very interactive and laid-back, which I believe is essential to learn and understand the true essence of English as a language and a subject.
I take my classes in a very patterned manner, firstly, explaining the background of the text, secondly focussing on the true meaning of the text and thirdly dealing with critical approach to the text. Following this pattern, I like to make texts something for my students to enjoy and not to worry about. It's all in the pattern that lets my students understand and fall in love with even the most difficult novel/poems instead of being tensed about understanding them.
