About Gemma
I am a qualified person centred counsellor and children's Yoga teacher since 2015. I have had the privilege to facilitate groups with a diverse range of people, offering them a safe, confidential space to explore their feelings and experiences.

My experience is with young people and adults. Either in a group to explore social skills, mindfulness, self awareness, communication and so on, using therapeutic interventions. Or through a Yoga practice with young people using stories and fun ways to explore meditation and awareness. Also with Adults exploring the the self through movement and breath.
