About Bijit
So in the year 2018_I was pretty skinny guy and very under confident about my body. To change that I have taken a strong decision to make my self fit and in better shape. For I that have taken many classes about nutrition and making a proper diet plan and have gone to sevaral gym's for workouts and stuff. After that I have gained enough knowledge about a human body when it is related to fitness. After that I transformed my body in shape which I have never imagined of and now I still follow the same diet plan and workout which have change my life...
