I’m Rori I’m a soccer player and fitness coach I like to teach and hep people get into shape and be fit I think with time and hard work everyone can get there , I’m patient and fun I wouldn’t want to force your body beyond its limits and take it to extremes but to just work it up step by step so you look good without hurting yourself

I like to think overdoing it and going to the gym is a waste of money while you stay home and get in shape I will help you work every part of your body , results also come pretty fast I will be actively in touch with you to make sure your doing it right at all times in terms of form , it really can be anything getting fit for an upcoming season or getting into shape.
