I had one individual that was afraid to speak yet alone he was afraid of speaking.
Firstly what I did was to get to know him a little bit more.
From there before doing anything I gave him a task to look himself in the mirror and do mouth exercises
I than thought him how to construct sentences,how to approach people and he became one ofmy top sales consultant
