As someone whose career started dancing professionally at a very young age, I understand how much pressure there is to be the absolute best. I am here because I believe that I can help future dancers find their place on stage without worrying about if they deserve it or not.

I integrate strengthening and conditioning exercises to my students in order for them to understand how and why we use certain muscles so that they can make the most of their dance career in a safe and injury-free manner. As a teacher, I am willing to teach all dancers regardless of level.
