About Kerri
My name is Kerri, I am an American who moved to Dublin to earn my Masters degree in Mathematics. I ended up loving it here so much though that I decided to stay and now work as a Trainee actuary.
I worked as a tutor during college, teaching Secondary and College level students, and loved it. I was really inspired by my college professors who were so passionate about Mathematics that the classes were interesting and enjoyable. They inspired me to want to pass on my passion for Mathematics and help other students enjoy the subject as much as I do.
Mathematics can be difficult for a lot of people which is why I really believe in simplifying concepts and making them easy to understand.

I believe in explaining mathematical concepts in a simple way that makes them easy to understand. Understanding concepts and practicing math problems are the key to succeeding. After I know the student is comfortable with the concept, I will walk them through a practice problem, and finally ask them to do one on their own, with guidance and assistance where needed.
Sessions typically last 1-1.5 hours.
I have worked as a tutor during college, tutoring secondary school and college level students.
I am offering lessons for Primary and Secondary school students, for all maths subjects, as well as Leaving cert.
