Practioner of Muay thai kickboxing available for physical lessons or online advice / fitness / nutritional tips. Available for kickboxing or general health and well being.
Method involves breaking down of techniques and repetition. Classes will involve warm up and cool down, along with a technique breakdown and / or sparring. Fitness programmes can be developed also.
Online classes available, aimed more at fitness and health and wellbeing.
