About Wesley
I am an 18-year-old high school graduate and I have my personal trainer certification. I have been athletic and fit since I was born. Throughout middle school and some high school I was focused on workouts that helped me become a better basketball player. In the summer of 2023 I stopped playing basketball and I started taking the gym seriously and started training like a bodybuilder. I then fell in love with the gym and I love helping others turn their fitness dreams into reality.

As a personal trainer I find out what you want your goal to be and then create a workout plan that will specifically go after that goal to make it happen.
I am a trainer for all people, but my main focus is on hypertrophy lifting. I also have done much research and have helped many people lose weight without changing their diet that much.
