Trust your own talent: acting classes through the Method (exercises and scenes study).

I have known Sara for a few years now, and always knew her as a talented actress and a true professional. It wasn't until November 2018 however, that I got to know her as a leading coach in the Acting Method technique. I had a few one-to-one sessions with her and I found it incredibly useful. Sara made me feel utterly safe, listened to and valued. Her level of empathy, professional experience and her sensitive presence within the rehearsing room are so powerful that I very easily trusted her from the start. Her ability to pass skills and techniques during exercises and processes of "inhabiting another character's body through your own feelings" was such that I almost made no effort in pulling out the creative material from within myself.

She is very generous, humanly and professionally. I vividly recommend her as a coach for any kind of acting work. Weather that be workshops, auditions, character work, before or during a rehearsing process, both in film or theatre.
