About Turgut
Nothing in life is difficult, the key is discipline. After starting sports with football at a young age, I started to compete in amateur level in my high school age. I continued to compete with football throughout my high school life. After my university years started, I started to deal with fitness and do research. My purpose in life is to constantly improve myself and transfer my knowledge to people at a professional level.

I trained with Turgut 3 times a week and my schedule revolved around our sessions. Turgut is a great personal trainer, and I love each of our sessions. He is super passionate, inspiring and focused on my personal goals. He educates and guides me on how to reach my goals in the best/healthiest way possible.
