About Roman
I'm a professional musician, DBS checked, with over ten years of experience teaching privately and for various music organisations. I prepare my students for practical and theoretical GCSEs, graded exams, and university entry. Additionally, I'm an examiner for a major music examination board.
My journey as a musician and a guitar player started with a burning desire to play in a band and perform for an audience. I studied classical guitar in a music college in Europe and later graduated as a music performer and producer from the London College of Contemporary Music (LCCM) in London.

With my extensive background and knowledge, I'm able to offer comprehensive guidance across diverse musical genres. From finger-style blues and classical to various sub- genres of rock music like classic rock, hard rock, punk rock, and alternative rock, I cover it all seamlessly.
The focus of my teaching efforts is directed towards helping my students become independent and confident learners who are capable of maintaining their own motivation levels and making creative adjustments to their practicing in order to overcome challenges, all while keeping the learning fun.
