I am a hard work individual who care about help other people. I always put 100% into all task given to me. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. Starting as a full time personal trainer before becoming a manager if a popular gym in Brighton and hove.
I then studied to become and tutor and assessor which I am currently doing along side management. I love this side of the fitness industry and am now looking to do it full time and give myself another challenge.
