About Austin
I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, completed coursework at London School of Economics and will begin a postbaccalaureate program at Johns Hopkins this year! I was a peer tutor at UCLA and have taught a variety of subjects for private organizations in Los Angeles and New York for three years.

Economics often gets a bad wrap for being boring, complicated and a necessary evil for students across many disciplines. In fact, this was my opinion for economics for years. The reality is, while economics is highly quantitative, it ultimately is a social science that involves people and how they interact. So in my lessons, I want to provide practical advice to score well on coursework while illustrating the human, real world context to every concept. We might even have fun.
