About Tommaso
Having to resort to a few words, I would describe myself as fond and prepared: I am a 22 years old Roman student who has always nourished a very keen interest in the roots of his land and culture. While attending the high school, I had the honour to stay at the Vivarium Novum Academy in Frascati as a student twice.
Having obtained my high school diploma with the maximum possible grade, I immediately enrolled in the course of Classics at LaSapienza University of Rome, which is by all means one of the leading institutions on a global scale in my sector. While attending the university, I managed to attain several scholarships on the account of my academic performance. At the moment, I am about to graduate and hold an offer from the University of Oxford for embarking on a MPhil in Latin literature from October.

I have been giving a hand with Latin and Greek for more than 5 years now, and I always strive to find the method that suits your individual needs best. Consequently, I am acquainted with teaching in a variety of different ways: if what you struggle with and want to fix is grammar, we might tackle that problem and approach the subject in the ''traditional'' way. On the other hand, should you be keen on delving into the language more actively, we could do that either through conversation or with the support of specific texts, such as Familia Romana.
Regarding lesson length, you are welcome to shape your time as you prefer according to your situation. However, I usually recommend not to exceed one hour and a half.
Whether you are a high school or university student, or simply an enthusiast of Latin and Ancient Greek of any age, I welcome anyone who is keen on learning more about these fascinating subjects.
