About Sophie
I am a student at NC State University studying History, Political Science, and Accounting. I took many Pre-med classes in high school and volunteered at a hospital because science and anatomy is another passion of mine. I enjoy learning and hope to spread my joy to others through methods that have helped me succeed in the past!

I use many techniques depending on what your child/student thrives on. Recall learning, Pomodoro method, and hands-on methods all help memory and retaining information. I usually start with the student telling me his/her areas of concern and then targeting them, however, having the student recall it also helps solidify their knowledge. I am comfortable teaching any age up to senior year in high school. I graduated with a 4.4 and I am planning on grad school after college.
