About Diana
I'm a Professional in higher education. I'm a former triathlete. I'm a grandmother and a mother of three adult children. I've been keeping in shape by dancing and stretching with a mix of yoga, gymnastics, ballet and flamenco dancing. This is a life long healthy habit and fun to learn!

My teaching method is by doing. I also like to add a variety of music for students to dance to since they all have varied music taste that motivate them to move. I like to add colored lighting effects, scarves and LED light on a string as props to use that they can experience and maybe put into their dance routines.
