About Daisy
I would love to help you out! I am an empathetic and approachable person who truly believes in bringing out the full potential of all of my students. I have worked as a tutor since I was in secondary school where I was an English Literature and Peer Mentor. I worked as a teacher in Spain with the British Council teaching English to secondary school students and college students (overall age range: 11 - 49). While I was there I learnt a lot of skills to adapt my lessons to individual requirements and strengths.
As a non-native speaker I can understand and empathise with the language-learning process and will be able to give you all of the tips and tricks that have helped me with my Spanish!
I am also very aware of accessibility and will ensure to make sure that the lessons fit your needs exactly.

I use lots of different engagement techniques, such as newspaper articles, film, and conversation prompts, to build your confidence and equip you with the skills you need to achieve your goals! Average lessons vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
