About Shannon
I am a student at the University of Limerick studying Biological and Chemical Sciences with concurrent teacher's Education. I play sport and understand it can be hard to find a balance and time to fit everything in, so I aim to help lessen that burden and help with understanding and studying material.

I deliver a hands-on/active recall approach to tutoring while providing excellent, previously prepared notes to continue studying outside of the scheduled time slot. I provide 1-hour long sessions multiple times a week, both online and in person depending on location and availability. I find explaining the material in necessary detail and then providing a quiz in a subsequent session allows the student to feel like they are on top of their work and study, eliminating the feeling of stress-inducing cramming. I direct my lessons primarily towards Senior Cycle Students but have successfully worked with Junior Cycle students also.
