I initially try to understand where everyone's starting ground are when it comes to learning to understand what they need and how I can go about teaching and helping them. I generally would like to review and go over some vocabulary and verb conjugations and then go into some reading, etc from there. With vocab and verbs, I like to make some tables and charts and it seems to help others understand concepts better
