About Alyssa
I am a University student working towards a degree in Psychology with a Mathematics minor, to hopefully become a high school math teacher. I have been tutoring Mathematics at a high school level for the past three and a half years.

My teaching method is very simple: I explain the curriculum, and if you have any questions I expect you to ask me right away, before it is too late to ask (ie. on an exam/test). I approach each unit with care in explaining as thoroughly as I can, with as many examples as required. Each skill being learned is just as important as the last, and all must be taught until completely understood.
The level of education I am looking to assist in is grades 9 through 11, possibly calculus as well.
