About Nicholas
I’m a first-year Biology student at York University and a recent Ontario Scholar and Honor Roll graduate. I have a strong background in French and received the Thomas J. Reilly Scholarship for French Studies and a French Certificate.
I also have experience working with children through volunteering in an elementary classroom, where I completed 42 hours supporting students and teachers. I’ve also worked with children through my family photography business, helping create a fun and comfortable environment for kids of different ages.
I’m friendly, patient, reliable, and enjoy helping students learn and build confidence.

My approach is patient, encouraging, and focused on building confidence. I adjust my lessons to each student’s learning style and break difficult topics into simple, manageable steps.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by working through the topic together, practising with examples, and ending with a short review of what was learned.
I tutor elementary students in science, biology, French, and other subjects where they need extra support. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and make learning enjoyable while helping them become more confident and independent.
