About Juan Esteban

Architecture student, baccalaureate at the New Cambridge College, intensive in English. Experience with international IGCSE, IELTS and Checkpoint exams in English as a first language format. I have taught classes as social service to students from different colleges, in grades 5-10.

About the lesson

The educational process depends on the level of the student, and the focus or goals that this requires. In basic level cases, ABC is developed, vocabulary, pronunciation, and essential phrases for communication are expanded. Topics such as verbs, conjugations, adjectives, among others, are covered. For the intermediate level, it focuses on the reading, interpretation and writing of the language, for this practical methodologies of listening, reading and conversation in the language are used. The advanced level aims to improve and correct errors in the student's writing and speech. In the case of requiring preparation for a specific exam, exams from previous years are taken, methodologies for the development of the test are explained, such as what and how to search in texts. Discarding in multiple choice questions. And tips in general that help to achieve a better score in the test.
