About Nikola
I have been competing at a County level in various sports throughout my life. Because of this, I have a strong focus on how diet affects an athlete. After embarking on a vegan diet 4 years ago and seeing the improvement to my health and fitness this made, I am now trying to share this with others.

I am not going to push my values on others. Unlike many individuals on a vegan diet, I am vegan purely for the health benefits. I teach by allowing pupils to experiment and explore, not by rote teaching, or by me telling you and you just listening.
