About Alex
I am passionate about English literature and language and the amazing things that can be done with words. As well as expert exam coaching, I also aim to inspire my students to see the wonder of language and to see its relevance to their life.

My teaching approach is very much tailored around the needs of the individual student. Typically, I would start with a free lesson in which the student and I could devise an agenda of items to work on, some goals and objectives. Then, through mutually constructive dialogue, we would work through the items. If the student is preparing for an assessment, we would work very closely with the specific requirements of that assessment. At the same time, I seek to inspire and motivate the student in terms of exploring the wonder and relevance of the English language to their lives in general.
