About Georgia
I am passionate about yoga and truly believe it can transform your body and mind. I have been practicing for 8 years and teaching for 6 years. I completed my 500hr yoga teacher training in Western Australia and Bali in 2015 and have been teaching individual and group classes ever since.
I am a warm and friendly person, and can’t wait to create a beautiful space for your practice.

Hi, I’m Georgia!
I specialise in Vinyasa flow, Yin and Pre and Postnatal yoga and like to include some meditation and breath work in each class, encouraging inward reflection. I am also a registered midwife so can incorporate these skills into pregnancy and postnatal classes. I will tailor each class to your specific needs whether it be strength, mobility, relaxation/ meditation, or you have a pose/ flow you’d like to work towards.
Classes are 60 mins and suitable for all levels - I can ensure classes will suit beginners or more experienced yogis. I welcome students of all ages. I am available for online classes only.
