About Luka
Hi, my name is Luka! I have been a yoga teacher for 4 years and am 200h Hatha Vinyasa Yoga certified and 300h Aroya Yoga certified.
In my yoga lessons we individually address your emotional or physical needs and find asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditations that suit you. Vinyasa Flow combines powerful asanas and flows with breathing exercises that improve your posture, endurance, balance and emotional stability.
With relaxation exercises like Yoga Nidra we can work on your mental stability and stress resistance.
