About Natalie
Hello! My name is Natalie. I am a recent graduate from Memorial University's Masters of Music in Violin Performance and Pedagogy (teaching). I have over 8 years of music teaching experience. I was a member of the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra and have also participated in numerous chamber music festivals both in Canada and abroad.

It is my joy to help people develop their beautiful violin sound! And while I love working on technique, it is my ultimate goal to inspire students to become independent problem solvers. Much of my teaching focuses on how to practice (not just what to practice!) And while I have some favourite more specific methodologies, (suzuki repertoire, the RCM books, etc.) I tailor my teaching to the interests and learning styles of each individual student.
