About Judith
I am a violin tutor with 5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Violin Performance. I enjoy helping students discover that consistent practice and supportive teaching can make even difficult techniques feel achievable.
My teaching approach focuses on careful instruction, positive encouragement, and building confidence step by step. Every lesson is adapted to suit the learner's pace so improvement feels natural and motivating.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing chamber music, studying famous violin works, and exploring traditional string music from around the world. These experiences help me bring fresh musical ideas into every lesson.

My violin lessons are planned to help students enjoy music while building reliable technical skills. We work on posture, relaxed bow hold, finger placement, intonation, rhythm, tone production, scales, bow distribution, and smooth string crossings through structured exercises and enjoyable pieces. Every lesson creates a positive learning experience that encourages steady progress and confidence.
As students continue improving, we introduce shifting, vibrato, sight reading, ensemble playing, musical interpretation, performance preparation, and effective home practice methods. I provide patient guidance and personalized feedback that help learners overcome difficulties while developing expressive and accurate playing.
My goal is to help students become confident violinists who perform with beautiful tone, strong technique, and genuine musical expression. Every lesson strengthens both ability and enjoyment, making learning rewarding at every stage.
