About Juliet
I have been playing the violin since the age of four and have studied at world-renowned violin camps, gaining valuable training from leading performers and teachers. In addition to my studies, I have experience in solo, chamber, and orchestral performance, as well as several years of teaching and tutoring beginner and intermediate students. I bring patience, encouragement, and a structured approach to each lesson, with a goal to help students improve their violin skills, inspire confidence, and develop strong musical habits.

As a violin performance major who has been playing since age four, I love helping beginner and intermediate students of all ages find joy in music by building a strong foundation in rhythm, note reading, and intonation. A typical lesson will include a review of technical exercises (scales, etudes, etc.), guided practice on repertoire, help managing nerves when playing for an audience, and tips for practicing at home. I have many years of experience in solo, chamber music, and orchestra performances, which allows me to bring a broad perspective to my teaching. I have also studied at world-renowned violin camps such as Meadowmount and Heifetz, which have shaped my artistry and teaching style.
*Because posture and technique are best taught hands on, I strongly recommend students work with an in-person teacher. My teaching is designed to support and enhance your learning.
