I use various mediums including pencil, charcoal, pastels, pens and paints to teach you the basics of visual art. This includes the colour wheel, line, perspective, texture and use of tone in your art works.
Art is such a lovely way to express yourself and it makes us see the world.from.a newperspective.

Mariaan has patience and remains professionally friendly thoughout the lessons. That makes a student feel really at ease.
Mariaan is the most understanding tutor. I am a beginner in watercolour painting and she has been able to teach me so many technics to use in order for me to improve. I enjoy spending classes with her as she is so positive, creative, patient, understanding and supportive. Although I don't know her for a long period, I have attended 3 classes and it feels as if I have known her forever. She is a master when it comes to art and an excellent teacher.
