About Ivy
I am a singing tutor with 12 years of teaching experience and a PhD in Vocal Arts Education. Throughout my career, I have worked with students interested in different styles of music and a wide variety of performance goals. Helping singers discover their strengths has always been a meaningful part of my work.
My teaching style combines technical instruction with encouragement and creativity. I help students build healthy vocal habits while developing confidence and artistic freedom. Every learner receives guidance that supports long-term vocal growth.
I believe every voice has the potential to communicate something meaningful. Helping students become expressive, confident singers is one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching. I look forward to supporting learners on their vocal journey.

My singing lessons focus on helping students discover and strengthen their unique voice through supportive and structured learning. I create a positive environment where learners can develop vocal technique while growing in confidence and artistic expression. Lessons are designed to encourage both technical progress and personal growth.
Students work on breath control, resonance, vocal placement, phrasing, pitch accuracy, song interpretation, and performance preparation. I also introduce exercises that improve vocal awareness and help singers develop greater comfort and consistency. Every lesson is adjusted to suit the student's experience and goals.
I enjoy helping learners become more confident performers while improving their vocal skills. Personalized guidance and constructive feedback help students continue progressing with motivation and clarity. My goal is to make singing an enjoyable and empowering experience.
