I have been a teacher for 40 years and a coach for 25 years at all levels. I have coached 100s of athletes and worked with many coaches. Former athletes have played at all levels of NCAA volleyball and professional beach.

I approach volleyball using a more socratic approach allowing the athlete or coach to pose a question that begins a discussion with my input for guidance. From there I offer my point of view and ask the students to evaluate my ideas.
