I used to be someone who have put others above myself.I used to overthink, struggle to say no and stuck with " what will people think". Now I started to put myself first and started to prioritise " what do I want and how do I feel" before doing anything.The journey is messy but that's how we grow. I believe true growth comes from accepting every part of life's journey both highs and lows as everything is meant to teach us something. I mentor to help people to find the true peace happiness and live their life by putting themselves first and living the way they want to
