About Casian

I am a Computer Science student at the University of Warwick, and I achieved A*A*A*AA at A level in Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Computer Science and the EPQ. My school did not offer Further Maths, so I taught myself the whole course, which means I understand exactly how it feels to be stuck on a topic. For the past two years, I have also tutored GCSE students from underrepresented backgrounds for free. I am patient and friendly, and I remember how stressful exams can be.

About the lesson

My lessons are online and tailored to you. We start by finding the topics holding you back, then work through them at your pace with clear explanations and real exam-style questions. Rather than just giving answers, I teach you how to think through problems, so you can tackle questions you have never seen before. Each lesson ends with a clear plan for what to practise next.

Casian is a knowledgeable and dedicated tutor who really understands his subjects. His teaching is well structured, with clear explanations and plenty of exam-style practice to help you apply what you have learnt. He breaks down challenging questions into manageable steps and helps you develop the skills to solve unfamiliar problems independently. He is approachable, encouraging and always helps you understand what to work on next. I would definitely recommend him to other students.

Casian is an excellent tutor who makes difficult topics much easier to understand. He is patient, friendly and takes the time to explain concepts clearly rather than simply giving you the answers. He adapts his lessons to your needs and uses exam-style questions to build confidence and improve understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive tutor who genuinely cares about helping students achieve their potential.
