About Sebastian
I am a student of human medicine at UKE Hamburg, a former competitive athlete and Ironman 70.3 triathlete. He is also a trained expert in medical training theory and nutritional advice. In total, I have 15 years of experience in competitive sports (in several disciplines) and nutrition. I would love to help you achieve your goals!

After getting to know each other for the first time, we will evaluate together whether I can help you with my expertise in your current situation. This is followed by a detailed anamese conversation, a joint development of your nutrition and fitness goals, as well as the final development of a plan to achieve your goal with a foreseeable perspective.
