About Vincent
Vincent Brown has 18 years of experience in Wing Chun Kung Fu. Originally training in the birthplace of Australian wing chun: Adelaide, South Australia at the International Wing Chun Academy. He trained as a full-time martial arts student, completing a certificate II in Sports Coaching specialising in Wing Chun Kung Fu. He is a Level 2 instructor with the Australian Wing Chun Federation. In addition, he has also completed a Certificate III in Fitness, which is one of the Australian requirements for personal trainers. Since moving to London 9 years ago he continues to train in Chu Shong Tin lineage Wing Chun, paying regular visits to train with masters in Australia and around Europe. Additionally, he actively trains as a beginner in Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ), and enjoys finding ways to apply Wing Chun principles to ground fighting.

I’ve been struggling with starting some physical activity for a long time and finally I decided to try something different, hoping to don’t stop after few sessions as usual.
Vincent gave me the necessary step that I needed in my fitness journey and I can finally say that I manage to stick to it after years and years of trying. He is patient and understands your limits, making sure to create a training that is meant for you and your needs!
