I met Mr. Hashan during my Management Case Study classes in 2021. At that time, I was an engineering undergraduate at the University of Peradeniya and had just resumed my CIMA journey with the break I got due to the pandemic outbreak. His lecture organization, delivery, and evaluation methods were exceptional, which helped me become the island’s first and jointly sixth in the world in the Management Case Study exam (February 2021). Hashan Sir is a trustworthy teacher because he possesses a deep knowledge of the subject and communicates it in a clear and effective manner. He always provided us with proper guidance and direction, making sure we stayed focused and understood what was expected of us. There were times when many of us felt overwhelmed, especially when balancing studies with work and other commitments, and our confidence for the exams would begin to fade. But I remember how Hashan Sir continued to encourage and motivate us until the very last day of his class.
