About Davide
Hello my name is Davide! I am currently a student at Tufts University, pursuing degrees in International Relations (with a concentration in globalization), Spanish Cultural Studies, and Entrepreneurship. I began tutoring at the age of 16 for my next door neighbor, and fell in love with the activity ever since. I myself grew up with tutors throughout my life and internalized the practices and methods that I found most beneficial during tutoring. This enables me to provide the most effective teaching methods possible for my students, as they are the culmination of my lived experiences.

I am the CEO and co-founder of a private educational consulting firm, Lighthouse Education. We offer services including K-12 subject-based tutoring, special needs education, organizational coaching, SAT/ACT, and college consulting. My approach is personalized and student-focused, driven by my passion for fostering an environment where children feel fully supported and empowered to succeed. I believe it is imperative to find the methods and practices that best engage each child in a 1-on-1 setting, as every child has different strengths and weaknesses and responds differently to certain teaching methods. I am available in person and have additionally created an adaptable online learning system for those who prefer to meet over Zoom.
