Kundalini meditation is an ancient and profound spiritual practice originating from the yogic traditions of India. At its core, it seeks to awaken the dormant potential within every individual, referred to as Kundalini energy, which resides at the base of the spine. Through a series of intricate techniques involving breathwork, movement, sound, and visualization, practitioners aim to harness and raise this potent energy through the body's energy centers, known as chakras, ultimately leading to a heightened state of consciousness and spiritual awakening.
Central to Kundalini meditation are dynamic breathing exercises, often accompanied by specific hand gestures (mudras) and postures (asanas), designed to stimulate the flow of energy throughout the body.
