About Martha
I'm a professional theatre director, writer & teacher with 10 years' experience in education & West End theatre. This summer I was Children's Director and Associate Director to Sir Trevor Nunn on the smash hit musical of 'The Parent Trap', 'Identical', from the producers of 'Six'. I have directed several professional productions for the Young Shakespeare Company & run storytelling workshops for them around the country. I have also taught one-to-one and in drama schools including ArtsEd and Central School of Speech and Drama and at youth programmes such as BYMT, NYT, Stagebox, London Theatre Runway & Role Models. As a writer, my new pop-rock musical 'babies' is currently in commercial development with West End producers. Always looking to meet new students, whether they're right at the beginning of their journey into theatre or looking to brush up on old skills.

I'm a professional theatre director, writer & teacher with 10 years' experience in education & West End theatre. Previous credits include: Fiddler on the Roof (Olivier Award for Best Musical Revival); West Side Story; Macbeth; Top Hat; Bridges of Madison County; God of Carnage; Twelfth Night; She Loves Me; The Tempest. I pride myself on getting the best out of people - performers, writers, students. My previous sessions have included: Drama School Entrance (16+) LAMDA exams (7+) Scene study (all ages) Acting Through Song Professional Audition Prep Scriptwriting (undergrad+) Creative Writing (all ages) GCSE Drama Tutoring A Level Theatre Studies Tutoring BA Scriptwriting Tutoring Mentoring (7-15) My session timings are flexible - though I tend to recommend 75 minutes as an optimum length. I teach on Zoom or in-person in London, Zones 1-6.
