About Leah
Whilst I've been an actor all my life, I was never very good until my very last drama school audition when it finally clicked into place for me. I got the offer, and learnt a hundred different ways to act-and I think about three of them actually worked for me. I realised that we all have styles and preferences that just seem to click for no apparent reason, and a great joy of mine is to help other actors find the techniques that work for them. It's a journey, and I promise I'll make it fun :)
I'm a working actor who's worked across stage, screen, VO and motion capture.

Firstly I want to get to know you, and to get a proper understanding of what you want from our lesson/s.
From there, I'm happy to tailor the sessions around your needs, and to encourage the outcome you want by the end of the lesson.
I personally enjoy a playful, relaxed environment, and will also work on building confidence, and empowering you to deliver your best performance.
In a drama school prep session I can help you choose the monologues that will suit you best, coach you through them, and talk through what you'll experience on the day. We can also come up with strategies to help you with any anxieties you may experience on the day, and to help you ace your interviews.
In a self-tape/reader session I'll allow you to take the lead. I will act as your reader, and can offer advice on your set up, performance, and choices. I'm also happy to help with table work, such as text and character analysis.
If you're looking to build confidence with performance or public speaking, I'll provide a super relaxed session where we can explore and find the techniques and strategies that work best for you.
