About Lucy
I am an Irish actress living in London. I am offering my services to help students with the daunting task of auditioning for drama school. I have worked as an actor since leaving drama school in 2011 and have worked steadily in soaps, theatre and feature films. I also have a love and interest of musical theatre.

My teaching method is friendly and open. I go through the required curriculum and advise prospective students on their choices. It is the students choice on which pieces they choose but I am there for guidance and encouragement. I will have students perform and sometimes tape the audition so we can look over it and dissect their performance.
I also teach GCSE Level English. I go through the schools chosen texts, and carefully break them down with the student. I then either set them written essays as homework or break down their current homework and critiques from their teachers.

Perfect! Lucy coached our 11 year old daughter for an acting audition to enter a prestigious London-based performance school. Lucy was excellent in all regards, very knowledgable of both classical roles and more contemporary, great manner with a younger student, easy to deal with and punctual. Lucy lifted my daughter's performance hugely over a short period of time and helped her win a place at the school. Thoroughly recommend.
